Shipping Costs and Information

Secret Aura delivers to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. There are various different shipping rates dependng on parcel size and weight, all of which are calculated at Checkout as follows:

Orders to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland:

1. Free shipping for all orders over £75. Orders will be delivered by a fully tracked courier.                                                                                             

2. UK Express 1-2 Day Courier (Interlink or DPD) fully tracked = £6.95.  Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

3. Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (up to 750g measuring less than 35.3 x 25 x 2.5cm) non-tracked = £1.65.  Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days

4. Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel (up to 1kg measuring less than 45 x 35 x 8cm) non-tracked = £2.39. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.

5. Courier (DPD Local) fully tracked = £5.25. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.

1. Courier (DHL) Tracked - up to 999g = £7.50. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
2. Courier (DPD) Tracked - 1kg to 25kg = £10.95. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days

Tracked Courier Delivery parcels will arrive at their destination between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If you provide a mobile number you will get a text from the courier with a delivery time slot on the day of the delivery.  The tracking number becomes active after the parcel is scanned into the depot (around 6.30pm-7.00pm).  If you track your parcel on the morning of delivery it will give an estimated delivery time.

Orders are processed and despatched on working days (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm.  Orders placed after 5.30pm will not be processed until the next working day.

NOTE: we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or Post Office (PO) Boxes.
